Free Cancellation Notice
Most tour packages and entry tickets qualify for 100% Free Cancellation when requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel date.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
Date Modification
You can change your travel dates for free up to 24 hours before your activity by contacting our local WhatsApp support team.
