Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour package or service with Thai Mitraa Travels.
1. Booking & Vouchers
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation via WhatsApp or Email. Instant mobile e-vouchers will be issued for entry into attractions, transfers, and cruises.
2. Pick-up & Transfers
Travelers are advised to arrive at the designated hotel lobby or meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up times.
3. Weather & Safety Conditions
For outdoor activities such as speedboat trips to Coral Island or Phi Phi Island, itineraries may be adjusted by local maritime authorities to ensure traveler safety.
